Pot wisteria seeds for germination in early spring before daytime temperatures top 55 degrees Fahrenheit. Avoid starting the seeds when it is colder than 50 F since they will remain dormant.2. Soak the wisteria seed in a bowl full of warm, 100 F water for 24 hours before sowing it. Prepare a pot for the seed as it soaks.3.
