Panda Kin isopods are relatively small pods, round, endearing, and capable of rolling into a little ball. Pandas require a fairly humid enclosure, with plenty of substrate for burrowing. These pods like to bury themselves in the dirt, and for a while you may not see them much while they get comfortable! Once they begin breeding, they will be out and about more, but they are overall a shy species. They require hides, calcium, and plentiful leaf litter, and seem to enjoy fish-based protein more than supplemental veggies. Pelletized/crushed limestone may encourage faster establishment with this species, as limestone caves are their natural habitat; I provide limestone to my colony, and they have been doing well with it! Isopods ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to prevent being stuck in the mail system over the weekend!
