The color of this silk appears to be a combination of olive and gold. It is has a iridescent finish and seems to change colors. I did my best to describe the color. All monitors are different. Dupioni silk is pure silk fabric. It is created by using a thin warp thread that produces a tightly woven fabric. Handwoven provides lush slubby texture. The slubby defect is more pronounced in hand woven pieces, making ithighly desirable for home décor, apparel, draperies and more. Will create a beautiful gown, dresses, skirts, blouses, etc. Window treatments look stunning and high end. Iron the minimum amount necessary without steam.
