Once I blacked out and collapsed to the ground due to heat and dehydration. According to my Mom, she rushed and picked the fresh leaves of Guyabano and crushed it. She made me smell the leaves and a few min. after I woke up. Few hours after, I am good as if nothing had happened. Yes these guyabano leaves have a lot of things to offer. How to make Guyabano / Soursop Tea 1.Wash the guyabano leaves 2. Fill pot or kettle with cold water, boil (1 liter) 3. As soon as it boils, add 5-10 leaves turn the heat low simmer 15-20 minutes 4. Cover the pan with the lid, turn off the stove and let it cool. Discard the leaves 5. Serve warm or cold, you can add sugar or honey to sweeten. Color will turn golden brown just like the regular tea. ( boiling the leaves is better ) (1-2X a day): OR 1. Wash 2 - 5 soursop leaves. 2. Add water in a small pot and bring it to a boil. 3. Cut the soursop leaves into smaller pieces by tearing it apart 4. Place the gravoila (soursop) leaves in your tea cup and pour the boiling water on it then cover for 15 mins – 1 hour. 5.
