I believe this a student nurse pin for Frederick Memorial Hospital, Frederick, Maryland (1902-1968). Maker's marks: "Gilbert - 10K" with Gilbert trademark. Other markings: back engraved "JAT" and "1962". CONDITION: Very good original condition. No damage and no significant wear. No repairs/restorations. No bends, breaks, scuffs, mars, dents, dings. No losses to the enamel. No significant scratches or rubs. On very close inspection you may detect some light typical handling wear: scattered very fine/superficial rubs and scratches; minute surface wear to the enamel. See photos. Nothing significant or conspicuous. The hinged pin and catch on both pins are functional with no issues.
