1/16 Resin North & South Major General J.E.B. Stuart OOP Verlinden #1470 MISB

Description: I have to clear some space on my shelves, so I need to part with some of my collection. THIS IS MY LAST ONE! Verlinden essentially created the market for resin figures, dioramas, detail upgrades and unique subjects in the 80s and 90s. François Verlinden guided the company and set the standard for those that followed. Sadly, they disappeared in 2016 but there is still lots of inventory out there if you know where to look. In this listing, you have found part of their North & South series of vignettes. This one is “Major General J.E.B. Stuart” and shows him in his jacket, hat and boots with sword and sidearm (which I assume to be his LeMat Revolver). The large scale (1/16, a.k.a. 120mm) makes super detailing this guy possible. This set is obviously Out Of Production and very hard-to-find on eBay but as a Top Rated Plus US Seller, I have it in stock and can reliably ship this product very quickly. I won’t do a big write up on this, but here is what I have found online about this particular set: Scalemates.com has a listing that shows the assembled and immaculately painted general which is also the box art. They also have links to related products and general Civil War information, but nothing about this set in particular. This set is in a nicely decorated camo box about 7” x 3.5” x 1.5”. As you can see from the pictures, the box is in great shape and is still sealed with a couple of tape strips, so I consider it factory sealed and absolutely gift-ready. This item contains several highly detailed resin parts to create your own historic figure of Confederate Major General J.E.B. Stuart. It requires cement and paint to complete as shown.
