The pendant has four genuine round diamonds (approx. 1mm each) and two dark blue cabochon stones approx. 2-2.5MM ( they look like blue sapphires and the back of the stones test sapphire on a gemoro tester however we are not sure if they are genuine). The pendant is stamped 14k and it has a bale that opens to easily slip in wider necklaces like omegas. Weighs 8.9 grams. The pendant measures approx. 41MMX21MM. Includes a nice gift box.
