Note the slightly raised dots at top & bottom of cross plus the unique workmanship seen from back & side views (see pics # 6-9). It would look even more special if a diamond were added to the circle in the middle. It is marked 14k Italy & Uno A Erre (see pics #10-12). Uno A Erre is to the right of Italy, hard to capture that in pics though. The pendant weighs 5.8 grams/3.7 dwt and measures 2-13/16" in height including bale, with a width of 1-1/8" across.
