Description: This listing is for a complete 1/650 USS Enterprise-E model kit. The kit includes the primary and secondary hulls, pylons, nacelles, and main shuttle bay. There are several 3d printed parts that are included in lieu of photoetch. Those parts include, RCS thrusters, Photon torpedo housings, officers yacht, shuttle bay doors and main deflector dish. All 3d printed parts are printed on an 8k printer for maximum crispness with minimal print lines The primary and secondary hulls and nacelles are made out of a translucent fiberglass. The translucent feature makes window lighting much easier as all you need to do is mask off each window. Extra care was taken to make sure all detail is captured in the cast. The pylons, are made from a dense urethane resin for increased strength. The model also comes with several decal sheets with all the markings and registration numbers for the USS Enterprise-E. All window locations were cast into the model to make lighting and gap filling easier. See photos for more details. This model measures roughly 40"x14"x5".
