Description: What a Gorgeous Watch we have here! This Pocket Watch was made sometime in the Mid-1800's, most likely 50's. It features a Stunning Tri-Color Gold Dial with a Leafy, Floral Pattern and Raised Roman Numerals. It is Key-Wound and has a Horizontal Cylinder Escapement with 6 Hole Jewels. The Cuvette is .800 Silver, while the rest of the Watch is Solid 18K. It carries the Chevron Mark, a Very Old Hallmark for Gold. The Cuvette is Marked "Mathey" and "Locle" (Switzerland). It has no Key and is missing the Crystal, Second and Minute Hands. I lightly palmed it, and it made a "Spinning out" sound. Absolutely Worth restoring, this Amazing Watch belongs Front and Center in Any Collection! Feel free to contact us with Any questions. Thanks! *** Save us to Your Favorites List!
