It is by T.G. Bradford from his A Comprehensive Atlas Geographical, 1835 as stated on the atlas title page. A facsimile copy of the Atlas Title Page is included for authenticity. It is not mounted, matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The map image measures approximately 7 1/2 by 9 1/2 inches on a 10 by 12 1/2" page and a margin all around for framing. Condition: The map is in Fair to Good condition for tis age with overall tonal aging and nice original hand color as issued, printed on a strong buff colored page. It is basically as seen in the pics. There is a light damp stain on the edge and some light brown spots typical of Bradford maps, best to see the detailed pic for more on condition.
