Bound in red half calf and marbled paper-covered boards, spine with five raised bands, gilt lettering on contrasting morocco labels, and gilt tooling to compartments. Top edge gilt. Binding remains sound and firm, a few minor scuffs, and a little rubbed to extremities. Internally, also sound and firm. Marbled endpapers, clean and bright. Pages generally very clean, just a hint of age-toning, and occasional handling marks and other minor blemishes. Signature 'P' at foot of p.209 imperfectly printed showing upper part of the letter only. Please view images carefully to confirm condition.
