I did not observe any writing/notes/underlining/stains. Pages seem to be toning a bit. Maybe not the best quality paper here. Binding is firm and square. No creases on spine. Page edges have light soil in a few places. PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT use the "condition" field to grade my books. It is required for the listing. Please read description and look at pictures.
