Description: Rare original 1862 copy of, "Two Centuries in the History of the Presbyterian Church, Jamaica, L.I.: The Oldest Existing Church, of the Presbyterian Name, in America." The book is overall in very good condition with just some minor signs of wear and age. The covers only have some light wear with some sunning to the spine. The binding is good and sound. There is a name inscription to the front fep. The interior is generally nice and clean, though there may be the occasional page with a light bit of foxing or grubbiness. Along with that there may be the occasional page with some kind of other minor imperfection, such as a creased page corner, minor stain or marking, small chip or tear, minor interior crack, etc. Generally though, it's a nice copy. The book measures approximately 7 5/8 inches by 5 1/4 inches and is 329 pages long. It is illustrated with a black and white frontispiece and one other plate. Please look at all the photos to further note the condition.
