Description: 1864 Natchez MS cover with 3 cente 1861 issue, #65. No town marking, manuscript cancel; date marking and "advertised" in oval. Oddly, no origin marking; this may have something to do with the union occupation of Natchez during this period. Interesting union occupation use; ex-Milgram. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
