This is a Variety type coin that can be found in the Cherrypickers' Guide and recognized by CONECA. The RPD is clearly seen in all numerals with significant repunching. The "Fancy 5" refers to the curled top of the 5 rather than the "Plain 5" where it is more flat looking. The coin itself has some signs of wear and a couple little dings on the rim. It likely the coin has been cleaned very lightly, but it has a nice woodgrain type appearance.
