The condition is Very Good; there is some light rippling in the right border area; some aging around the border (Not as dark as it shows in the pictures) a 1/2 inch tear in the bottom border and 3 corners are torn. The Page is not as Dark on the full page picture or White as it appears on the scans - it is a nice 100+ year old aged toned color. This is caused by my scanner and picture processor.
