Description: This is a gorgeous piece made from Tiger Oak. It has the original glass and is topped with what's called a Grotesque face from the Baroque Revival period (1885-1914). The escutcheons or key hole covers are Gilt Bronze and stamped 1885. We have a newspaper clipping that was packed behind one of the mirrors that places this piece in New York in 1901. This is most likely a one of kind piece because our research has not brought us to another piece like this. For any additional questions please feel free to send us a message.
