Overall, this book is in good condition for age. The cover has some fading and bumps. The outer hinges are intact. The front inner hinge is intact. The back inner hinge is about 1 inch "cracked" at top and bottom. The binding is very good. The pages are present and bound. The pages are in very good condition except for 2 pages with partial tears but the full page is present and bound. There is no significant foxing.The book is profusely illustrated. The inner cover has a numbered plate showing it was in the personal lending library of Alexander & Company.This book measures 7 1/2 inches by 5 inches.
