Description: Here's a nice, little 7/8" cello button from the 1896 presidential campaign promoting democrat candidate William Jennings Bryan in a design with a red, white and blue edge. We believe it's from his first campaign because this, and the matching McKinley example, (our item 275057277656), are generally believed to have been released at that time as advertising premiums for Sweet Caporal Cigarettes. This one even has that back paper intact. This is in nice condition but please look at our images to judge condition for yourself so you can be happy with your purchase. It may have light surface wear/scratches as found on most all older pinbacks. We are members of APIC and sell only authentic presidential (and other collectible) material so buy with confidence.
