Description: Offered here is a small etching of the Reverend Samuel Masters (1646-1693) who was the minister at Bridewell Hospital & Prison during the Glorious Revolution of 1688 and an active supporter of King William III. The dimensions of the etching are: height 5 3/8 inches (platemark), 7 1/2 inches (sheet); width 3 3/4 inches (platemark), 5 1/4 inches (sheet). The print has a collector's mark on the reverse stamped in red: "Bland 15 May '35". I was unable to find an example of the etching in the British Museum digital collection. This print is from my personal collection which I am beginning to sell off. Please read the condition description carefully and review the photographs.
