Description: 19 pc FENTON ANTIQUE IRONSTONE TRANSFER WARE EDWARDS BROS England The pattern is "Premier" circa 1852. White with brown transfer leaves and stems, with lovely pink flowers and butterflies. This would mix and match nicely with the similar Fenton "Prunella" pattern. Beautiful old transferware, most in rough shape but so charming for display. 7 tidbit dishes: 4.25" x 4.25" - 3 are in pretty good shape with just a small chip each. 4 have crazing, staining, and more significant chips. Sugar Bowl with Lid: 7" tall with the lid. Lid is in good shape with just light discoloration on the handle. Sugar Bowl itself has several cracks emanating from the base. It has crazing with discoloration and small chips on the interior top lip. Spots of rust staining. Pitcher - 5" tall x 5" wide. Crazing, staining, and a crack from the rim to the base. Spots of rust staining. 2 cups and saucers: All have chips, staining, and hairline cracks. 7 luncheon plates, 8" in diameter. 1, no faults noted. 1 has a hairline crack from the rim inward about half an inch. Others have crazing with discoloration and some surface has chipped off at the back.
