Pintucked design, and Bands of Cotton and Lace intermixed with a solid Cotton ruffle trimmed panel underneath (from the ruffle and lace portion, not the entire skirt). Absolutely Breathtaking!! this is a hard one to let go, it's very special. Great overall conditionn considering over 100 year old age. Small hand stitched repairs on skirt and a couple tiny stains on underneath ruffle layer (see photos and message for any additional specific shots).
