Description: Canada 1902 10 cents, no mint mark, lower mintage issue. The obverse shows the official portrait of King Edward VII, facing to the right. The legend shows "EDWARDVS VII D. G. REX IMPERATOR". The reverse shows an open wreath, with a crown at the top center. inside is denomination, "Canada", and the date, 1902. The obverse, toned a gray in the field, shows a few light, typical surface contact marks, but as to wear, the center, highest part of the design on the portrait, shows the crown with the edge still complete, the outline of the beard on his jaw, and the raised details of jewels worn on the robe. Around the border, in the protected area of the lettering, a band of luster still shows. On the reverse, the crown and wreath and details shows hardly any wear, a lot of luster is visible around all the wreath, lettering, and other details.
