Description: This 8x10" is a reprint of the central portion of a panoramic ©1905 photograph originally taken by Irving Underhill. Based on the fact that the Singer Building was not built until a few years after 1905, this is likely an architectural rendering of the structure added to the skyline photo which was commissioned to Underhill. This could well be a rare image that was produced by Underhill for internal use by Singer. Small blemish in lower right and a border along the top, both part of the original print we have. They can easily be hidden during framing. Titled below the photo. Printed on CVS photo paper. Great photo of how lower Manhattan looked twelve decades ago.
