Signature is at the conclusion in black ink by President Theodore Roosevelt, and document is countersigned by Acting Postmaster General Charles P. Grandfield. The gold foil seal affixed to the lower left remains intact. Item is in excellent condition, with some small stains and light soiling in the margins. Item includes ironclad authenticity issued by JSA. Item includes a FULL LOA from JSA with matching JSA sticker affixed to the LOA. Item will be shipped rolled.
