We believe this building is today the Ocean City Municipal Court building at 821 Central Ave. Information about the photo is taken from writing in a photo album, or on the back of the photos. From a collection belonging to Frank Emerson Schneider who lived in Ocean City, New Jersey, and was a track star at Ocean City High School, where he scored 101 victories as a champion runner. His father was Frank B. Schneider, and his mother Louisa S. Schneider. Frank (the father) was a barber. The family moved to Philadelphia around 1913-14. Frank (the son) married Florence C. Woller of Detroit, Michigan, in 1917, and we believe they lived at 446 Manristique Street in that city. Florence's parents were Mr. and Mrs. John J. Woller, and we believe they lived at 610 Seyburn St in Detroit. SIZE/WEIGHT: 2 3/8" x 1 3/4". CONDITION: GOOD-VERY GOOD, has black paper from a scrapbook stuck to the back.
