It comes in the original box with the original instruction booklet. The wood box is missing a piece of wood from the top short end on both ends. I do not know how complete the tool is. There are 2 wires in the box, I guess to suspend it. And a long flat piece of metal. It may be complete or it may not. The arms are brass. I think they should clean up nicely. 2 arms measure 38 3/8 long. 1 arm measures 32 inches long. And 1 arm measures 37 inches. No key for the box. The box measures 6 foot long. You are buying as is.
