For your consideration ... ... a 1915 Russian Empire 1 Kopek Coin certified MS 63 RB by NGC. This coin, struck two years before the Russian Revolution dismantled the Czarist empire and ushered in the Communist era, features a beautifully toned obverse that, while faint under normal lighting, absolutely blazes in full light, especially at an angle (the toning can be seen with a straight-ahead view under full light but it really comes alive at a 45-degree side angle.) 'Marbled' Pattern Toning covers the entirety of the obverse, and is dominated by magenta and pink, with streaks of ice blue giving the overall a pattern a decidedly marbled look to it. The effect is striking and gives this coin as a whole outstanding eye appeal. The reverse is also toned, but much less so, with a more subtle red that blends seamlessly with the coin's original copper color, as well as a few blue streaks. Solid Strike The coin itself features a solid strike for the grade and, while the "RB" designation is accurate, features a lot more red than most traditional Red-Brown coins. Chatter is virtually non-existent in hand and amounts to a few very small marks and a run or two -- none of which are visible in hand. If you have any questions about this coin, or any of my other listings, or would like to see additional photos, please send me an e-mail through ebay's messaging system. And don't forget to check out our other listings. We usually have a dozen or more coins, and occasionally paper currency and other collectibles, listed for sale or bid. Thanks! +++ PLEASE NOTE: Due to the recent spate of fraudulent returns on ebay in the U.S. and other countries, all returns are now opened in the presence of the local postmaster or postal carrier, and a certified notary public. This change does NOT affect our return policy in any way. Returns are still accepted for any reason as long as the item(s) are returned unaltered and undamaged. And refunds are still processed within 24 hours of the return's arrival (and almost always the same day.) You can find additional details of our return policy below, but if you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us through ebay. Thank you for your continued support of Shenandoah.blue. +++ RETURN POLICY: We accept returns for any reason up to 30 days after your item arrives, as long as it is returned undamaged, unopened and unaltered. Raw DMPL or PL coins may still be returned if they have been taken out of their cardboard flips, as we know it is important to be able to check mirror depth without the distortion of the reflective mylar. However, coins must then be re-secured in a new cardboard flip or mylar holder and returned otherwise unaltered. When we say we offer no hassle returns for any reason, we actually mean it. Don't like your item? No problem. Change your mind? No problem. Found a better price? No problem. Run it through the wash? ... Eh, yeah, that would be a problem. But almost anything else — that's right, no problem. Refunds, which consist of 100 percent of the purchase price (we don't charge "restocking fees"), are usually processed the same day the returned item is delivered, and always within 48 hours. If you wish to return an item, please give us the opportunity to make things right before you leave negative or neutral feedback or open a return case with ebay. You can always go back and open a case or leave negative feedback later if you are not satisfied. I am an honest seller who does not play games with return policies, shipping costs, photos or item descriptions. Thank you for reading and for looking at our items. If you have any questions about our listings, or our return or shipping policies, please feel free to contact me. I am happy to answer any questions you might have, whether you purchase an item from us or not. Thanks again.Sincerely,- Rob "Shenandoah.Blue"
