Description: Rare 1918/17 D acid date, good set filler. With it being an acid date it does not pop out as much as you'd like, but you can tell the 7 and 8 are present. The confirmation marker is the thick part of the die crack in the jaw. Normally the known die crack can only be seen on high grade examples , but at the far back ove the jaw, the die crack gets Chunky and V shaped. You can clearly see that on this coin in the exact location. The photo with the Blue circle on it shows it on a higher grade coin. The red circle is the confirmation of it on this worn coin. Its genuine, just not pretty.
