We didn't want to throw this away and thought that someone, a collector, may have an interest in this piece of ephemera. The item is a blank invoice (it does not say invoice) for professional services rendered with an open blank date at the top of 192_. There is an old phone number 3028-J and the address 66 Market Street in Poughkeepsie NY as well. It has faded and aged so it is discolored and not white. It also looks like there are some staple remainders/rust in a couple areas though there are no holes in the paper that we can see through. When the invoice is held up to the light a watermark of the paper manufacturer(?) can be seen though the paper. This item measures approximately 6" long x 5.5" wide.
