The reverse text and pictures take up the entire side, featuring a poem with chorus titled, "The Christmas Seal," sung to Jingle Bells. The sheet is rare because it was "Published for Wisconsin School by The Wisconsin Anti-Tuberculosis Association and paid for by Christmas Seals." The poster will be mailed either rolled in a tube or folded.
