Description: 1 strip 1929-39 HOOD LACE W/WIRE INSERT-48" with 1 hook and 1 nut NEW SET of 1 piece Hood lace with Wire Insert including 1 piece tension hook and nut. This is a completely new reproduction of the original hood lace with wire insert that was original on most GM vehicles from 1929-1939, including all Chevrolet cars & trucks. Design & engineering took over a year to get an exact match. The material is a dark brown, close to black. Proper contours & beads that match original samples perfectly. Each strip is 48" of fabric with a 52" wire inserted into it. Cut to length as required. Note: the hood lace is now sold in individual 48" strips to accommodate mid 30's vehicles with short sections used on radiator shells including 1 hook and nut as the picture. Be sure to order two pieces if doing a cowl. Great piece for Hot rods and Rat rods to use as well.Replaces GM# 374969. Made in the USA!
