Description: I buy and sell a lot of restaurant ware, but I've never seen this pattern before. I reached out to the Restaurant Ware Collectors Network, which was kind enough to inform me that this pattern is called Torch, and it was manufactured by Mayer China in the 1930s into the early 1940s. This was a generic pattern, but some establishments had it personalized with their hotel/restaurant name. For example, the historic Georgian Terrace Hotel in Atlanta added their own topmark to this Torch pattern. This piece has no chips, cracks, or unusual wear. Absolutely lovely. If you are a collector of early Mayer China or hard-to-find restaurant ware patterns, you've just found the next pieces to add to your collection! Will be wrapped with care and shipped with GOBS of packing material! I am listing many other items on eBay, including other restaurant ware pieces. Please check my other items, as I will be happy to combine shipping.I do not accept returns. Please examine the photos and description carefully, and ask questions if you are unsure. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
