This edition contains stories about football and baseball, jungle adventure, an African safari, and other stories set in venues around the world; some of the stories are continuing series. It also has advertisements for such items as air rifles, bicycles, model railroad planning, hunting knives, microscopes, sleeping bags and postage stamp collecting, to name but a few. This magazine measures appx 11 1/4 x 8 1/2 inches closed, opens to app 17 x 11 1/4 inches, and contains 50 pages. It is printed on a lower-grade paperstock. The magazine is in fair-good condition. There are no markings or writing; one page has a 3-inch tear, but there are no other rips or tears. The two center pages have come loose from the staple binding, but all other pages are bound firmly. The cover and several pages have some minor staining, and the cover shows moderate wear. This is an 80-plus year old magazine that was used by its original owner.
