Photographed at Richmond VA in 1941 by the documentary photographer Charles Medin. According to notes on negative, these served the Seaboard Air Line, Southern, and C&O and was located near the C&O Main Street Station.Charles Medin was artist/photographer and then assistant editor of the Illinois Central Magazine, circa 1900s to 1949.
