It is color coded by terrain (Desert & Wasteland, Farmland & Prairie, Arctic Tundra, and Forest), and it shows international boundaries as of September 1, 1939. This map was published by the National Geographic Society in April 1943 and is titled Northern and Southern Hemispheres. Condition: It is in very good condition, bright and clean, with no marks, rips or tears. It folds to approximately 6½" x 8½" and is blank on the back, with no printing on the reverse side.
