Description: 1944 Vintage Press Photo by US SIGNAL CORPS VIA ACME.Somewhere in Italy.Wounded while fighting side by side with Anglo American Troops in the Italian Mountains, Two French Moroccan Army casualties are carefully lifted from the back of the mule that carried them down form the mountainside. Waiting ambulances in this ruined Italian village will transport them to an evacuation hospital for treatment. Photo is Dated: March 15, 1944. THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC PHOTO, NOT A COPY OR SCANS.
