Original photograph, measuring approximately 7 x 5.25 inches and marked Minden Depot - Making Movie; Engine 26 - V&T R.R. Stamped THE OPHIR, 66 s C St., Virginia City, Nevada. Engine 26 was delivered to V & T Railroad on September 12, 1907. The Coal engine built by Burnham Williams Co was converted to Oil in 1910. This was Engine 4-6-0. Used in the 20th Century Fox Movie Chicken Every Sunday. It was scrapped in May, 1950 after it burned in a fire in the Reno Engine House. Please see pics of actual item being sold for condition.
