Description: Hello, up for purchase is a very pretty black velvet evening hat from the 1950's. It's simple and tailored style that sits lightly on the head. The front had padding around the face. The label says 22 as a circumference, but it is so shallow it would fit anyone. It was made for Adam Meldrum & Anderson Company of Buffalo NY which was in business from 1867 - 1995.
