Description: 1950’s Plume & Atwood Risdon Mfg Co Danbury CT USA Green Flash Glass Oil LampThis vintage oil lamp from Plume & Atwood Risdon Mfg Co is a beautiful addition to any room. The green flash glass and Victorian design, Wedding Scroll pattern pedestal base with secondary scroll that looks like little flames. The mid-chamber is embossed with a dimpled pattern. The brass EAGLE (Flip ) burner has a wick and does function properly. The clear hurricane chimney has a beaded top and adds to it's elegant look. Overall it measures 18 1/2 inches tall. The base is about 6 1/2 inches diameter. You will see quite a few of these on eBay, so just to clarify this glass is NOT Uranium or vaseline glass that glows. It is flash green over clear. You can see in the pictures the slight flaking. Otherwise, there are no chips, cracks or repairs. Beautiful piece to add to youe home decor.
