Description: This unposted chrome postcard is from Lawton Springs Resort, which was 5 miles west of Reno on Highway 40. The resort began in the 1800s, became the River Inn in 1972, closed in 1978, and has never reopened. The card was published by Mike Roberts of Berkeley. The card is in the unposted condition shown in the photos. It has light edge and corner wear. There are no tears, creases, or other defects.
