Description: I purchased this beautiful lot (#1776) of 265 different signed 1957 Topps baseball from a Robert Edward Auction. Here you are buying only the autographed card in the heading, which was signed on the reverse. I bought the lot because I needed a couple dozen or so for my own signed set, but the rest of the lot has been listed on ebay. Many of these cards are beautifully signed in vintage ball point pen. As noted in the Robert Edward description below, all cards in this lot were pre-certified by PSA/DNA and Steve Grad and Brian Sobrero/Beckett Authentication Services: "Collection of 266 signed cards, including one duplicate, from the 1957 Topps baseball set. Twelve Hall of Famers are featured in the collection, as are many star players. All the signatures, scripted in a variety of inks, appear on the front and, with few exceptions, range from "6" to "10," averaging "8." Condition ranges from Pr to Vg-Ex, averaging Gd." We have selected three cards to be authenticated and encapsulated by PSA/DNA (each signature is certified as "Authentic"). The number of cards for each player, if more than one, is noted in parentheses.
