The freshly graded card we believe was ONLY graded so low because it has the FACTORY APPLIED stamp on the reverse. The card, not counting the stamp, is Near Mint. This is a ridiculously rare card. While SGC doesn't label or properly account for the FACTORY APPLIED stamp on the reverse, the total SGC population in this grade is only three. We own ALL of those three. And we've every reason to believe that these are the only three examples in existence.
