Description: - This is for a pair of andirons that are Solid Brass Duck or Goose heads. - These are a rare find and measure approx : 18 inches tall x 13 inches wide x 25 inches deep including the cast iron leg. - They are polished to perfection and in excellent vintage condition. Little or no scratches and show little or no signs of their age - Each weighs over 8 pounds - - These long neck ducks / goose / figural brass fireplace andirons have ornate legs and back finials and would be a stunning addition to any home. - These are a hard to find item and rare especially in this condition and size, ready to use and display on your hearth! The pair came out of a 14.8 million dollar estate on Bird Key in south Florida near Sarasota Bay - They are from the 60’s (early) and absolutely magnificent. - An exact match (a pair) sold recently on 1stDibs for 1800.00 ( and not even close to the shape these are in). **Both items are vintage and if more then slight age appropriate use / condition issues - then it will shown in the listing / pictures.
