Has lots of upgrades to make it a nicer driving car: -Datsun 5 speed using the Rivergate kit -Disc brake swap up front -Electronic ignition -Weber DCOE -Minilite wheels Its not restored, its not the shiniest, but its a well kept runner that has been on the road consistently for a long time. This is the most rust free Bugeye I have ever seen. There is no rust or rot, and it has a great decades old paintjob that looks nice from 10-15 feet away but shows its wear up close. Very straight car, no bondo. Floors are totally solid, no pinholes. You would be hard pressed to find a better original Bugeye body, its a lifelong California car that has been stored indoors for at keast the last 30 years and it shows. Mechanically it is still running its original 948 but it has a lot of pep and I think it has been breathed upon in its past. Engine runs strong and smooth with great oil pressure. Converted to electronic ignition and Weber sidedraft carburetor. While the engine was out for a clutch replacement it was converted to the Datsun 210 5 speed using the Rivergate kit. Recent master cylinder. Interior shows its age but is all there. Tonneau is in nice shape. Its running genuine Brooklands windscreens but the original windshield (frame and glass) and top bows are included. Its a nice tight driving car that handles like a go-cart, it fires up easily and goes down the road well. It has a clean title (registered non-op so no back fees if it stays in California, doesnt matter for other states). Located in Grass Valley, CA 95959.
