Description: 1965 Gibson Reverb III GA-3RV Unit New Old Stock Made in USA This is all original including the foot switch, amp cord, tag, manual, warranty, and price tag. This sat in a glass case of a music store on the Hawaiian island of Kauai from 1965-1985. I flew to Kauai when I heard about it and bought this BRAND NEW from that music store in 1985. This is new old stock, I have NEVER plugged it in or even tried it out and neither did the store as far as we know, I just added it to my collection. We are selling AS IS because we do not want to plug it in, and allowing the new owner to be the first. Most likely it will need some TLC or the power cord updated. Serial # 786001 Model- GA-3RV Black ink stamp on Hammond Reverb Tank- 6516 (16th week of 1965 ) **It might serve the buyers purpose to bring up the power slowly with a variac since these amp heads are over 50 years old and have not been used for a few decades.
