Cobb receives lease for Luxury Theater at Shopping Center This is an original press photo. R. C. Cobb, right, president of Cobb Theaters, received a lease Tuesday from Alabama Farm Bureau for a luxury theater that FB will build at Five Points West Shopping Center. Farm Bureau representative Ferrell Wood, left, and E. L. Lowder, center, FB executive vice president, negotiated the lease. The theater, to be the 21st in the Cobb chain, will be named The Cinema Theater. Cobb said it will be equipped with a new projection system that will insure perfect movies.
