The music booklet is 8 1/2" wide and 11" tall, it is 4 pages from front cover to back cover, there are NO rips or tears, a little wear to the edges and maybe a couple of minute areas of discoloration from being stored in a trunk for many years, the condition is very good, I have a great deal more of vintage sheet music and music related items I will be listing in the near future if interested.
