Luggage rack on the rear and a working bell on the handlebar, made in England. Tires are low but appear in fair condition, shifter will need some lubrication and possibly adjustment to get it working well again. Average nicks and scuffs, some minor rust and corrosion, coating torn on the front brake cable, just normal signs of wear and use you would expect for the age.
